Thomas Roberts, 29, of Sabina, died in the crash at the intersection of State Routes 729 and 72 around 4:15 p.m., according to the Wilmington Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the car Roberts was driving was struck by a car driven by Danny Gillman, 38, of Hillboro. A passenger in Roberts' car, Robert Teboe, 20, was transported to Clinton Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
No one had been charged as of Sunday night in the crash, which remained under investigation.
