Authorities are trying to identify a female body found weighted down with cement blocks in the water at a Lake Erie marina.
The Ottawa County Sheriff's office said two men on Jet Skis found the body Tuesday in an isolated area of Lamberjack's Marina near Oak Harbor.
They said her arms had been bound behind her back, her feet were tied together, and the body was weighted down with two large cement blocks.
Investigators think the woman may have been in the water for one to two weeks. They say it appears she was in her late teens or early 20s.
She had a small tattoo of a sunburst design on her right front shoulder.
The marina is about 20 miles east of Toledo near the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant.
