You can see her each weekday, anchoring a four hour morning show for CNN Headline News.

Robin Meade is also an author of a new book, "Morning Sunshine! How To Radiate Confidence And Feel It Too".

The title of the book encompasses her career and her childhood in the small town of New London, Ohio.

"On the air every morning I say 'Morning Sunshine!' and it stems from my Ohio upbringing," Meade said. "My dad would always say that to us kids to wake us up."

The Ashland University graduate got her first television job in Mansfield, and also made Ohio career stops in Cleveland and Columbus.

Once she jumped to Chicago, Meade described panic attacks before every newscast that almost took her off the air.

"I didn't know why this was happening. I grew up singing in church. It wasn't like having stage fright," she said.

Although Meade's self confidence was shaken, she recovered and put pen to paper to help others.

"Who among us doesn't have self doubt at one time or another?" Meade asked.

"The book has little confidence boosters and nuggets about what I've learned", she explained. "Real self esteem can stand within you and no matter what's going on around you, it's what you give yourself. No one else can take that away."

"Morning Sunshine!  How To Radiate Confidence And Feel It Too" is available now at bookstores and www.amazon.com
