Ohio Means Business continues a month long series focused on entrepreneurship in Ohio and its impact on the state’s economic future.   This episode focuses on the resources and capital available around the state to help entrepreneurs build their ideas into startup companies.

Ohio Means Business showcases a second team participating in the 10x accelerator program, a “boot camp” for young entrepreneurs created in partnership by the Ohio Third Frontier and Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.  Flare Code is creating a mobile platform to turn objects into digital communities by connecting them with digital content.  The program also features three serial entrepreneurs who share their thoughts on Ohio's entrepreneurial ecosystem and whether the state could become the next Silicon Valley.

Ohio Means Business also shows how high-growth entrepreneurship is happening in the most unlikely places in the state.  Go inside the Youngstown Business Incubator and discover its unique approach to cultivating high-tech software companies and why it is giving new hope to a city scarred by economic misfortune.  In addition, learn how Southeast Ohio is fostering early-stage tech-based startups through TechGrowth Ohio, a public-private partnership connecting companies with valuable tools and sources of capital in rural Appalachia.
