Republican presidential rivals Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are campaigning in Nevada ahead of Saturday's statewide caucuses.

Gingrich has two events in Las Vegas, including an appearance at the Hispanic Leadership Roundtable.

Gingrich was expected to pick up the endorsement of real estate mogul Donald Trump, but the Associated Press said on Thursday that Romney will get Trump's backing.

Romney has events planned in Las Vegas and Reno.

Rick Santorum is visiting voters in Henderson on Thursday morning and conducting a news conference in the afternoon in Fallon.

Ron Paul is hosting a rally in Elko in the late afternoon before appearing at another rally in the evening in Reno.
