The investigation continues into a fatal fire at the Edgewood Mobile Home Park late Friday night in Wayne Township in Butler County.

Angela Tipton, 40, died after her mobile home caught fire, ONN's affiliate WKRC reported.

The Ohio State Fire Marshall's office is still looking into the incident, but a preliminary investigation shows that the fire appears to have been caused by an alternate heat source.

Talwanda LeBlanc is the manager of that mobile home park. She said that her son woke her up late Friday and when he saw the six feet flames shooting from Tipton's trailer.

LeBlanc said that she's very concerned because this was the third fire in this community in the last month.

"It scares me. There's people in here that have children. I have three of my own. I'm concerned not only for my safety, but for the safety of my children and the safety of the other tenants here," LeBlanc said.

LeBlanc was told that one of the other fires was started by a space heater and that the cause of the other fire is still under investigation.

Meanwhile, the Ohio State Fire Marshall will be back at the Edgewood Mobile Home Park on Monday to continue to investigate the most recent incident.
