A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY will go into effect at 3 p.m. Friday for much of southern Ohio.
We will start the day dry, but moisture returns this afternoon.
We will see temperatures peak in the middle and upper 30s so there is a good chance that we will start with a wintry mix in central and or southern Ohio briefly before a changeover to light snow.
The snow showers will continue through the evening commute and into tonight.
We will be drying up by tomorrow morning with the exception of northeast Ohio where a little lake effect snow is possible. Arctic air is also slated to arrive tomorrow.
