A southwest Ohio is behind bars on Monday charged with felonious assault for allegedly attacking his girlfriend and causing her breast implant to burst.
Samuel Cole, 60, is accused of getting into a fight with his girlfriend on Sunday morning. The fight apparently got physical and Cole allegedly punched the woman in the face, choked her, and proceeded to stomp on the victim, breaking her breast implant.
Court documents call the victim's injuries as serious, ONN's affiliate WKRC reported.
Cole will appear for arraignment on Monday morning.
