Erin was a part of the early news team at ONN back in 1997. She has been a producer, reporter and now serves as a weekend meteorologist. After leaving ONN as the Cleveland reporter in 2001, Carroll worked as a general assignment reporter and fill-in meteorologist at WLFL-TV in Raleigh, N.C. She returned to ONN as a weather freelancer in 2005.

Carroll was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University in 1996 and a Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University in 2004.

She resides in Columbus with her husband and daughter.
