A statewide endangered missing child advisory has been issued by the Lima Police Department.

11-year-old Micheal David Hook is believed to be in danger and headed to Pennsylvania with noncustodial mother and stepfather, as well as siblings Daphne and Victoria.  

The child is 5'2", 85 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Hook was last seen on July 26 in Lima, Ohio.

Police are looking for a white 1993 Chevrolet Astro, license plate DHY9526.
